Our prestigious multinational client is looking for:

Technical Support Specialist
 

Tasks:
•    Provide technical support to customers on smart phones, mp3/4 players, tablets and other telecommunication devices
•    Investigate technical issues and troubleshoot problems
•    Provide effective and timely resolution of customer requests 
•    Adjust customers with up-to-date product information and services
•    Educate customers on options, settings, programs and applications
•    Demonstrate a high quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
•    Log, administrate and follow-up issues and escalations in Call Management System
•    Communicate positively with team members and customers

Requirements:
•    Fluency in German/Russian/French AND English language
•    Interest in telecommunication devices 
•    Ability to grasp up the latest technical achievements
•    Master or Bachelor degree preferably in IT/Telecommunication
•    Good understanding of MS Office and other software applications
•    Excellent communication skill
•    Customer-oriented attitude
•    Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skill
